Very satisfied with everything. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't press us to buy anything we didn't already plan to purchase. We ordered 13 windows and we were told it would take 6 weeks for them to come in; it took less than 4 weeks. They were all installed in 1 day. Installation team was very good, no complaints. We would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Our installation went without issue. We had our main level windows replaced and it makes the house look great. No problems at all and the team removed, installed and explained everything. I will continue to utilize services and not to mention, you cannot beat the warranty.

Eddie Clark and his crew were among the best team that I have every worked with. They patiently installed 21 Window World windows in my home. The entire crew was very professional, ensure my home was left as they entered it. Eddie again ensured my wife and I knew how the windows worked.

Ray was very professional, thorough and informative. He walked us through every step of the process, avoided the appearance of upsell and with this allowed my wife and I to make our own decision. As opposed to looking for other quotes, we decided upon Window World.

Bobby and Dylan came and put the windows in. They were courteous, showed me how the windows function, cleaned up all the mess and was finished rather quickly. Thank you to these two guys.
